  Lexas can provide 200mm support across all tool sets and can currently support Applied materials, Novellus and Tokyo Electron in a 300mm capacity. This include full start support and maintenance support
 
  We have one point of escalation/contact at each site,
our lead Engineer.
Our lead Engineers have a minimum of 5 years experience in semiconductors.

     •   What the problem is?
     •   The expected return time to production?

Customer requests are fulfilled
Follow up on all reporting ie post mortem reports etc.
